Ordered a box for it to be confirmed and money taken. Only for it not to arrive. When i contacted hello fresh the box had not been shipped due to apparent production issues. Had a no point had i been contacted or informed the box was not going to arrive and had to ring up and request a refund twice. When asked to speak to a manager was told that they dont have a line manager. Despite being put on hold to speak to someone else for advice during the call. I now have to race around and find food for my family and was planning on the box arriving for meals. To take orders they cant furfill it one thing but to then not to be told a box was not going to arrive its not good enough and no automatic refund or anything.. i was offered a 13 pound credit which was the discount off the box so no form in compensation for unfurfilling the order and wasting my time. As my next order would have cost more than this one Sadly wont be using hello fresh again! Never had this problem with gusto.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the email until I got home at 6:30. No dinner for tonight! Had to go out and buy food for dinner. Now hoping food will arrive tomorrow. Prior to using this meal box idea I planned and shopped weekly. It’s most inconvenient having to go back out for additional food that I wasn’t planning on needing. I have recommended this service to friends. I’m regretting this now!

I am so happy with Hello Fresh. I have been receiving the box now for about 6 months. We get three meals a week and they have all been cooked by my 15 year old son. He cooks for himself and his dad. We have absolutely nothing to do with it and he is really loving it. He is learning so much about cooking and ingredients and really enjoys the variety. He has really varied taste and so likes the surprise of what he is getting each week. It’s been absolutely brilliant. He even cooks for himself for most of the rest of the week as he knows what he likes now and helps me in the kitchen as I’m not a keen cook. A real win win !

Really good service. Kept informed of the delivery time. The food was really tasty with fresh food with a good use by date. The food is big portions and very filling. Easy to follow recipes and I didn't need to use lots of pans!!

I love using HelloFresh, it takes the stress out of mealtimes and we have tried things we wouldn’t have thought to cook, all ingredients are fresh and good quality and the meals turn out fab every single time, I’ve recommended to all my family and friends and they are loving it aswell!

Why is there no option for a box for 1 person? There are plenty of single people that would benefit from this. I don't want to have to cook based on 2 people, it takes away the simplicity..

Good when ingredients actually arrive, recipes are good sometimes quality is questionable.Credits given when something is missing but I feel that's a cop out. Customer service is non existent.

I do like Hello Fresh food, but the last 3 deliveries I have had items have been missing , you just cannot rely on them anymore to get it right. They seem to put half the ingredients in for two people when we paid for 3 people. Sure they credit you but that's not much good when your cooking a thai style beef and beef is missing , or a pizza on naan bread and the naan bread is missing. What is going on Hello Fresh??

would like some easy english meals that dont take long

Honestly, the first couple of weeks it felt revolutionary, learnt some new cooking techniques and some tasty food combos, however, after that I have been blighted by missing boxes and ingredients that go out of date two days into the week, they give you credit for these mistakes but it's so that they don't have to refund you and lose money

First time using hello fresh. All the food was greater than expected. Very fresh and of great quality. Recipes easy to follow and very tasty.
